Western blot analysis of Intelectin 2 in mouse small intestine tissue and rat small intestine tissue. Samples were incubated in Intelectin 2 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-24358) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Intelectin‚2 at approximately 35 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
